Not in love with your new purchase? No worries. If you aren't satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to request a return. You must make the request within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Be sure to specify the reason for the return requested in your message, what you would like to return, and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size, or color), account credit, or a refund.
- Once you submit your request, it may take 24-48 hours to receive email confirmation that your request has been received and reviewed. If you do not receive email confirmation within 48 hours, please check your spam or related folders.
Stall 17 will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Stall 17 representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstances does Stall 17 reimburse or provide credit for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Stall 17 support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Stall 17.
If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once your exchange has been initiated.
- Returning apparel items may only be swapped for a different apparel style of equal or lesser value.
- Returning non-apparel items may only be swapped for a similar non-apparel item of equal or lesser value.
